dog fights/orgies, some things i liked today
Some kind of hall of mirrors naked musical experiment photographed by Eliot Lee Hazel, amazing work by tattooer Xed LeHead shot by my mate/colleague Maxime Buechi, and a sideboard that should be in my flat from Ruckercorp in New York.
h tattoo, by liam sparkes
Took this using my chin and as a result the tattoo I just got a couple of hours ago didn’t really come out very well, rings look alright though. H is for Hugo my new nephew/god son.
sad happy, wet weekend with the hells angels
Words can’t describe how good this ’73 BBC documentary about the British Hells Angel charter is. A quick excerpt: “Carl, jailed once, remanded twice; cross-eyed ever since his eyes were knocked out of their sockets in a fight.” The denim and leather uniforms are obviously beyond amazing, but check out that A Clockwork Orange soundtrack, and the casual suburban terrorism too. Watch it all here.
sang bleu 5 nyc
Sang Bleu 5 NYC launch this Friday at Envoy Gallery with the one and only Thomas Hooper. Bit of a trek from E9 but I’ll be there in spirit. Lot of work by a lot of people to create something truly awesome that we can all be proud of. Made up to see it getting the international exposure it deserves. Max nailed it.
